During my stay, I was really impressed with the level of cleanliness at the hotel. The staff members were constantly cleaning and tidying up. The location of the hotel was great too, it was easy to find and it was close to all the major transportation hubs. The staff were always willing to help and made sure that there was enough privacy, which I appreciated.

Found two good things, privacy and cleanliness, during my recent business trip. The hotel's location was also spot on, making my commute painless.

Worst aspects of the stay were the uncomfortable mattress with poking springs, which made it difficult to sleep, and the staff's behavior during breakfast. When I complained about the excessive sugar in my coffee, the response was unexpected and unhelpful.

the privacy was well maintained and the entire hotel was always kept clean and peaceful. I also enjoyed the fact that my room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities.

The spring mattress was a disappointment as it was not comfortable and poked me sometimes. during breakfast, the staff made a questionable comment about the ketchup and found it unprofessional.
